Meagan Valentino
Owner/Club Director
As a dedicated volleyball coach and proud mom of four, I bring over 15 years of experience developing athletes ages 5–18 both on and off the court. My coaching style combines strong fundamentals, competitive drive, and genuine care for every player I work with. I am passionate about creating an encouraging environment where young athletes can build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a love for the game. Whether coaching beginners or advanced players, I strive to help each athlete grow into not only a stronger volleyball player, but also a strong and confident leader.
Co-founding this club was driven by a passion to build a positive, competitive culture where athletes feel challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. The vision behind the club is to create an environment that emphasizes hard work, accountability, teamwork, and character development while still making the game enjoyable and rewarding. By combining high-level training with encouragement and mentorship, the goal is to help athletes grow not only in their volleyball skills, but also in confidence, leadership, and resilience both on and off the court.
